Grilled, boiled, any way you want

 

SALMON

Pan-fried, grilled, baked, any way you want

 

Green veggies

Spinach - raw, or Chinese-style my favorite 

  

Broccoli - raw, cooked. You can boil frozen broccoli or get the Steamfresh frozen ones!
